If you’re like most parents, you’re looking for an educational environment designed to help your child develop intellectually, socially, and physically. You’re looking for a program that will effectively prepare your child for the future. Future Leaders Enrichment Program is an early learning center located in Waldorf, Maryland, and was established in 2013. We are licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education, and we offer excellent programs for children six weeks to 12 years old. Future Leaders hours of operation are 6:30 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Future Leaders was established out of a deep desire to combine traditional childcare with a structured academic environment. It is truly the best of both worlds. We provide quality childcare in a healthy, safe, warm, and loving environment that will help the growth of early learners.

Ms. Kathy Chase
Hello my name is Kathy Chase I have been working with children for over 20 years. I am preschool and school aged qualified. I am currently working on my infant toddler certification. I am also certified in first aid and CPR. I am the proud mother of three and grandmother of three. I have been employed at Future Leaders since 2020, first as group leader in the school age classroom and now as the preschool before and after care teacher. Working with children is what I love to do!
Our core values are based on honesty, trust, a passion for excellence, and a love for learning and innovation. We will provide a safe learning environment and program activities that are based on the assessment of each child’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical abilities at each stage of their development.
